The objective of the Office Bearers meeting is to facilitate interaction between National Committee representatives and the President and Vice Presidents of ICID and share experiences and concerns, if any.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

• Reinvigorating of National Committees report by the Vice Presidents of the concerned region
• Activities, problems faced, desired support from Central Office by National Committee
• Concern about few receipts of nomination for President / Vice President, ICID
• National Committee free exhibits during ICID events
• National Committee nomination for future events
• Financial sustainability of ICID
• Restructuring of ICID Working Groups
• Closing remarks by President, ICID
