Group Registration

The group registration option lets you register as many delegates from your organisation as you like in one go. You will receive one tax invoice covering all delegate fees, with each attendee’s full name listed. 

Please note, this registration site is for paying delegates only. If you have sponsorship registrations that are apart of your package, these must be registered via your sponsorship portal.

Group Contact

The Contact is the person entering the registrations. The Contact is the only person who will receive the financial communication for the group delegates, however all the delegates will receive their own confirmation and other future communication relating to MaximoLive. 

Registration Options

If the Contact is attending as a paying delegate

1. Under Contact, DO NOT tick the box next to 'I am not attending'.
2. Select the number of persons you are registering in the 'Group Members/size' drop-down menu.
3. Enter your name, as the Contact next to '(Contact) *1'.
4. Go to points under 'Next Steps'.

If the Contact is not attending as a paying delegate

1. Under Contact, tick the box next to 'I am not attending'.
2. Complete the Contact and Billing details which will appear.
3. Select the number of delegates you are registering in the 'Group Members/Size' drop-down menu.

Next Steps

• Complete the first name and last name for all of your delegates as requested. 
• Select 'Next' on bottom right of your screen.
• Complete the registration process for the first delegate.
• At the end of the registration process, it will bring you to the 'Summary Page'. It will show the list of delegates entered, and their status.
• Select the next delegate and complete the registration process for that person.
• Repeat until all delegates have been registered. The status should show 'Completed' for all delegates.
• You can remove or add delegates from the 'Summary' page by selecting 'Edit Group'.
• You can edit delegates from the summary page by selection 'Edit/View' next to the applicable delegate.
• Select 'Next' to go to the 'Payment' page. Payment can either be made at a later date via Tax Invoice or immediately via credit card.
• Select 'Register' to complete the registration process.
• Correspondence, including the tax invoice for the full group will be forwarded to the Contact. Individual confirmation emails will be forwarded to all delegates in your group.

The Event App offered by MaximoLive allows you to have all information about the Event, including access to the agenda and speaker profiles. It is made available to all delegates and attendees and allows you to plan your days with an in-depth agenda of all the sessions including the topics, presenters and relevant information, you can network by connecting with fellow delegates.

If you Opt In to disclose your details available on the Event App, then your default details, such as your first name, last name, organisation, address, mobile number, and email address, will be displayed on the App. If you Opt Out, your information will not be shared on the Event App. You can change your privacy settings and choose the details other attendees can see within the Event App once you have downloaded it.

We recommend you elect to Opt In and have your details available on the Event App in order to gain the best networking opportunities during the event.

The Event App will be available immediately prior to MaximoLive. Key information regarding the event is accessible to delegates that have logged in via a unique attendee PIN only (provided on your final confirmation email closer to the Event).

• I consent to the collection and use of my contact information. Consent is optional and not required to attend the Event.

• My contact information will be used for expense processing related to attendance at MaximoLive, and to send relevant pre-event communications.

• I acknowledge that my contact data will be shared with the event sponsor, IBM.

• I understand that the use of my contact data will be governed by IBM’s Privacy Policy.

Sponsors will receive an Attendee List pre and post MaximoLive. The Attendee List will include your full name, position, organisation, state and email address.
